MODO DE USO:

Ponemos a calentar 1 litro de agua, tomamos un puño de Enebro y agregamos al agua, dejamos hervir por 3 o 5 minutos. Retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar por unos minutos más. Se cuela y se toma como agua de día (Frio o caliente). Se recomienda beber 1 taza de té por prevención y 2 tazas por condición médica.
