• Chamomile

Suggested Preparation: 

Heat 1 liter of water at boiling braking pint, add a handful of tea leaves , boil for 3-5 minutes. Let it rest for 10 min, then strain. You can drink it ether hot or cold. It is recommended to drink 1 cup of tea for prevention and 2 cups for medical conditions.

Eye Wash:

Boil a bunch of leaves in water, let it rest until is warm. Strain well and wash the eyes.
